Food Type- Asian with a Southern Flair

Delicious dishes with intricate plating. Sushi rolls that seem classic and unique, 1 bite wonders, to-die-for apps. These are a few of my favorite things! Their Chef, Eric Hill, might be in my top 10 favorite people list and we’ve never met. This is probably my most craved, most loved restaurant I’ve had in a while. I just love sushi, what can I say!

Rock Shrimp: Spicy aioli, chive, mixed greens Nashville hot style available

Shogun- so fresh and light tasting with a little jalapeno kick

Zack’s & My favorites! The Playboy & Buckle-up Buckaroo!

Playboy: Crab, wagyu beef, herb aioli, avocado, chive, goat cheese mousse, truffle soy glaze

Buckle Up Buckaroo! Habanero- yum!

Tennessee Two Step: shrimp tempura, avocado, spicy tuna, salmon, spicy aioli, sweet soy glaze, chive

Shogun: Hamachi, cucumber, avocado, jalapeño, spicy tuna, yuzu miso

Dessert

Their take on Tiramisu… the slices are ginormous! Blurry photo because I was trying to take a photo before Zack could dig in!
