Horseshoe Bend: Page, AZ (USA)
This might be one of the most epic views I’ve ever seen on Earth…
There’s something about the Grand Canyon that is just so amazing and incomparable to anything else. But of all the viewpoints for the Grand Canyon that I’ve seen, so far this horseshoe shaped bend in the Colorado River is the most magical.
Park in the lot and walk the 3/4 mile (1.5 miles max round trip) to the cliffside where this magnificent view is waiting for you. You’re welcome to walk around and take in the beauty- unobscured by fencing (so just be careful!).

Zack & I stopped off here and Antelope Canyon on our drive down to Tucson from Vegas! It wasn’t directly on our route but it definitely was worth the added trip time. We want to go back because there are so many National Parks all within an hour or two of this area and we were sad we didn’t have more time to explore!
Dad, Me, Beth, & Karl drove up from Tucson for a daytrip to see Horseshoe Bend and Antelope Canyon.
It was such a beautiful day out and we enjoyed hiking around and taking in all the different views. This is how I knew I wanted to go back and take Zack!
