These little hashbrowns were so cute and small and crispy!
Bacon, Egg & Cheese: hardwood smoked bacon, cage-free over medium egg, cheddar cheese, & chipotle ketchup in a warm brioche bun.
Side note: The Vegas location went a little crazy on the ketchup. It would have been better with half the amount as it just overpowered the whole sandwich… but it was still delicious!
Gaucho: seared wagyu tri-tip steak, cage-free over medium egg, chimichurri, red onions, dressed arugula in warm brioche bun.
I ordered this and Zack was so jealous. We always both order and sort of split our meals but he said we should just order 2 of these next time because it was that good! I think this is only at select locations but it’s 100% worth it. YUM.

We ate at the one in Las Vegas! The line was super long (tourists, am I right?) but it moved quickly.
