Graze Lunch Bowl: Vegan Sausage, Spinach, Sweet Corn, Mushrooms, Roasted Tomato, Shallots, I’ltoi Onion, Smashed Spuds, Poblano, Vegan Herb Aioli

Side Note:

It had been about 4 years since my whole family (both parents and all 5 of us kiddos) had been together in one spot. Sucks getting older and having responsibilities. Between my brother’s 2 year mission, us all living on separate sections of America, and 2 years of stupid Covid going on we hadn’t been able to all be in one spot. The masterplan was that when I went home for my yearly-birthday-vacation we would all meet up here to kick off our couple of days together. The food is just so delicious & colorful and it seemed like a perfect spot for us all to be together. Definitely one of my favorite memories in the past few years and it happened at this place.

Always a highlight of my stay and I dream about the brunch here! Pure magic.
